THE LODGE
The heart of the property and the place where The Farm experience truly comes alive. Perched on a hill with sweeping views in nearly every direction, the Lodge is where guests gather for shared meals, linger on the sunset porch long after dinner, and find themselves surrounded by people who start to feel less like strangers and more like family. Warm and welcoming, it's the kind of space that makes you feel at home the moment you walk through the door.
THE FACILITIES
With over 70,000 square feet of dedicated fitness space, The Farm is built to move. Every facility was designed with purpose and built for variety. Whether you're showing up for strength training, HIIT, boxing, indoor cycling, yoga, or dance cardio, there's a space for it here and a trainer ready to lead it. This isn't a hotel gym. It's a serious fitness campus that happens to sit on one of the most beautiful properties in Tennessee.
THE AMENITIES
At The Farm, the time between workouts is just as intentional as the workouts themselves. From paddling the pond and playing on the ball courts to soaking in the hot tub or slipping away for a massage, we have recreation and recovery covered in equal measure. For guests who want nothing more than to unplug and enjoy the property, we even offer an amenities-only package for exactly that.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Just steps from the Main Lodge sit our cabin accommodations, offering the perfect end to a full day. Comfortable, private, and everything you need without anything you don't. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, tv, and access to a shared common space complete with a kitchenette, washer and dryer, and sitting area. Dog friendly rooms are available with a small pet fee.
